User within 3 months after the purchase of new equipment, please fill out the complete the warranty registration form, for mandatory fields marked *.
Detailed registration procedures are as follows:
1. Please fill in "warranty extension form"
2. The registration is successful, and you will receive a number generated by the system (such as ba3487d24301)
3. Please copy your invoices and your online registration number, fax them to 0755-86183040 together; Or email "warranty extension" as the subject with those information to gsy@onwards.com.cn.(extended warranty and instrument serial number, please see the picture on the right, click to enlarge)
4. Please be patient, we will contact you as soon as possible to check your information until the final extended warranty.
Please note: the content of the extended warranty does not include sensors, detectors and other consumable accessories.
